The Rental Criteria is:
- Good, verifiable rental history for at least 36 of the past 36 months. Any rental history in the past five years must be positive.
- Favorable history of payments, including rent and utilities.
- Reasonably good credit history.
- Willingness to make a commitment to a minimum of a one-year lease.
- History of cooperation with management and other residents, and a respect for house rules and regulations, abiding by lease terms, and care of the property.
- Criminal record free of convictions that would adversely affect the health, safety or well-being of the other residents, the staff, or the viability of the property.
- Min of 2.5 gross income to rent.

- $79,440 for 4 people
